...at corner than last year? I would like to think any 2 corners we have now would at least be as good as Howard and Cousin. Howard was adequate at best and Cousin was awful. If they can figure out FS the secondary is at least as good as last year. Thoughts?

talent's better, theoretically. What we had lacked talent.
What we have lacks, well, everything but talent. Experience, veteran knowledge, even just knowing that they'll turn out isn't there.

I think this year's secondary is pretty similar to the one we had in Fox's first year, except it has more talent. That one played fairly well. I guess the frustrating part is that we are a good secondary away from being a dominant defense. Maybe Gamble will be a force and we will get there by season's end.

In this scheme, we could have Larry and magnus as starters and it wouldn't matter. As I said 2 years ago, the DB position is the least important for our style of defense. Our guys will be fine.

I'm glad Tom Brady agreed with you, and didn't throw the ball all over the field against Mags and Larry in that last New England drive, otherwise NE would be the Super Bowl champs instead of us. Oh wait, nevermind. :)
