anybody know why or maybe why

I got that letter twice last month. I wrote to them asking if they could tell which email was sending the spam. Im still waiting to hear from them. I ran scans from three different web pages and all three picked up something that the other didnt. I even ran spybot, ad-aware and a couple of others and they all did the same thing. I think my computer is clean now. I havent received anymore letters from time warner.

actually it is Destinys laptop and the only thing showing on it now as far as infected is a PUP and they say that is a "potentially unwanted program" and tell me where to go get it. Reckon I ought to delete it?
The Big Mark computer is getting stronger every day and sometimes I have to pour cold water on it just to slow it down. Just last week I came stumbling in here about midnight and caught it talking shit to one of those brand new Dell's.
