well, as long as we don't bring up/mention the potentiality that the guy who runs the offense is in control of the usage of the TE, or the fact that we do need that safety valve/playaction target/chain mover in this offense, or that said "guy who runs the offense" has never cultivated a TE.

As long as we don't bring that up, we're allright.

I'm really getting sick about hearing Moose's age as being a negative every other post. He's entering his prime. Physical ability... seasoned veteren leadership... total package

Allowing a man who caught 93 balls and led the NFL in yardage gained to leave would be reminiscent of the Baltimore Ravens, who won a Super Bowl with defense and errorless play by QB Trent Dilfer. They ditched him the next year to sign Elvis Grbac!!!!!!

Sure, Stevie is sterling, but can he still run? Can he hold up? A lot of doubts there. Going into a season with a questionable Smith and a second-year Colbert, without Muhammad and Proehl, is begging for a sword to fall on.

Yep, me too. Not many people realize that Moose is the same age as T.O.

I think most UNC grads are hoping you'll change your name.

Jake also threw a fair number of real high balls to Smith which wound up with Smith going up over defenders and coming down flipping upside down and inseide out a few times.

and younger than guys like Isaac Bruce.

Hell, Rice and Brown might not be worth shit right now, but each of the above have years before that'll happen. WR don't wear down like RBs.
