Dude, Rich Beem wasn't supposed to make the cut when he won the Kemper back in the day but it catupulted his career. He fell off, and he showed up again last year and won a major when he wasn't supposed to make the cut. Same for John Daly when he won the PGA.

I am not saying that it doesn't happen - I am just saying that more often than not it doesn't happen. And none of that changes the fact that the spot probably would have gone to a local pro or celebrity.

I will never feel sorry for a professional golfer. If they are a professional golfer and poor then they need to think about doing something else. What's a poor professional golfer? 50K ? Thats not poor.

Just like Putt said, some of the men are going to challenge the LPGA. What it might turn into is something like minors and majors in baseball.

They already have minor tours. The LPGA is not going to have any men play on it.

Exactly, they are there because they love it. There are a lot of starving artists too. Very, very few of them will make any real money, but that is what they have chosen to do. And there is nothing wrong with that. I also admire anyone that goes into a field that they love. Look at school teachers FGS, do you think they become school teachers to get rich?

If they let the men on the LPGA then it's over. Annika ranks in the hundreds with men and she is the best out there so you won't see many woman making the cut when the men are allowed to play but she is opening the door so I say "whats good for the goose is good for the gander". Let the shit begin. I wish them all luck and I wish her luck.

I don't know myself, but someone on Sportcenter said they don't have much of a case.

Just like Augusta shouldn't have to let women be members, and they don't, the LPGA doesn't have to let in men.

PGA doesn't have to let in woman if they don't want to, but it looks like they do.

It's poor when you have to pay travel expenses out of pocket to travel the entire country.

I don't mean to be argumentative, but in that case it's just not working out for them.
