    The Panthers are only allowed to interview him if he has final say over the roster. Anything else would be considered a lateral move which the Eagles could block.


    Tepper needs to make up his mind on the power structure. This is embarrassing.

    It’s fucking ridiculous. Most fans are starting to see it. So far, I’m not totally against everything they’ve done in terms of staffing. I like some of it, I don’t like some of it. But for Marty to be in a position of power is fucking ridiculous.

    Marty is going to be in a position of power, get used to it. The question Tepper needs to solve is how to silo Marty's power so it focuses on what he does well and protects the team from what he does not.

    I don't think that's technically/legally possible. Someone has to have final say.

    Tepper has the final say. Marty will be in a position of power though. The team may be restructured so that some of his current power is moved to a new position, but he's not going to be removed and he will have control over certain things.

    That's my thinking anyway
