    Since we've entered the league, you don't have any SBs either, and one NFC Championship to our two. Anything that came before us doesn't count.

    America's team was MY team the decade after the Steelers were my team for the 70's.


    MY teams have more SBs than anyone.

    Our first season was 1995. Even though you were in the Super Bowl in 95, that was for the 94 season.

    And the panthers promptly beat the "world champion" 49ers the first time we played as an expansion team, lol.

    They finally got some competition in their own division.

    The Saints were good in the early '90s. But the Niners were VERY good back then. And each pretty much got a couple of gimmes every year with the Rams and Falcons.

    The Saints had 5 winning seasons from 87 through 92, with one being 9 wins. They had 4 gimmies and consistently went 6 to 8 wins otherwise during that time frame. I'd say they were decent to pretty good- really good 2 seasons during that time.

    The 49ers were very good from the mid 80s through the 1995s. Until the Panthers came along....

    Dome patrol went 11-5 in 91 and 12-4 in 92. Unfortunately for them, the Niners went 14-2.
