16:48 PT: ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli reports the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have reached an agreement on a four-year year deal with free agent WR Keenan McCardell (Jaguars). The deal is worth $10 million and includes a $2 million signing bonus. McCardell said he really liked hte idea of staying in Florida.

yea, but McCardell has been shut down at times with Jimmy Smith on the otherside and Brunell throwing the ball, so I ain't that THAT skeered.
