    From the new/old rivals network:

This is a Value Board not a projection of where these players will go in the draft. This is where a player’s draft grade places him in this draft but depth at the position and needs of teams will dictate a great deal of whom is taken where and at what spot.

The number in ( ) next to each round is the number of overall players given grades that correlate to that specific round. For example, I have given first round grades to only 24 players. Obviously 32 will be drafted in the first round, which means that in my evaluations 8 second round value players will be taken in the first round. This is important to determine where the strengths and soft sports are in each draft.

    ACC Teams:

    1. North Carolina 4
    2. Virginia 4
    3. Florida State 3
    4. Georgia Tech 3
    5. North Carolina State 2
    6. Maryland 2
    7. Clemson 0
    8. Duke 0

    First Round Value (24)

    1. DE Julius Peppers – North Carolina
    2. DT Ryan Sims – North Carolina

    Second Round Value (39)

    3. WR Javon Walker – Florida State
    4. MLB Levar Fisher – North Carolina State
    5. OC Melvin Fowler – Maryland

    Third Round Value (32)

    6. FS Brain Williams – North Carolina State
    7. OLB David Thornton – North Carolina

    Fourth Round Value (34)

    8. SS Chris Hope – Florida State
    9. OLB Nick Rogers – Georgia Tech

    Fifth Round Value (41)

    10. WR Kelly Campbell – Georgia Tech
    11. WR Atrews Bell – Florida State

    Sixth Round Value (46)

    12. DT Charles Hill – Maryland
    13. TE Chris Luzar – Virginia

    Seventh Round Value (55)

    14. WR John Stone – Wake Forest
    15. OG Jermese Jones – Virginia
    16. OG Michael Collins – Wake Fores
    t 17. DT Monsato Pope – Virginia
    18. OLB John Duckett – Virginia
    19. ILB Quincy Monk – North Carolina
    20. SS Chris Young – Georgia Tech

    Larry, you forgot one

What acc players do you consider to have good 8th round value?

Maybe I'm missing something, but when was the last time FSU didn't have a 1st round pick? How odd is it the Tarheels have 2 and FSU none? Not ragging or anything, it just seems really weird.

that's because EVERYONE graduated (or used up their eligibility) last season. i tried to warn everyone about the noles last season, but nobody took me seriously. last year's fsu team was full of freshmen and sophomores.

fyi: i think javon walker will be a fine nfl receiver.
