He was there in the last Dook/Indiana game that meant a shit.

Would have been nice if Jason Williams could make a free throw for once. Or if Carlos Boozer could have finished a shot...

It'll be a good game hopefully but I'll take Tyler's experience in this one.

I would hope so, but it's can be hard to beat size that actually has some talent and that's Oden.

Oden is what, 3 inches taller, and I would imagine his reach is even more.

No idea but Oden's still going to be just a freshman. UNC isn't isn't exactly high school competition.

On the same thought though, Tyler was just a freshman last year and kicked ass, no reason to think Oden can't do the same if not better his freshman year.

Then look at the surrounding cast. I have no idea about OSU so how does the rest of the Heels stack up against the rest of OSU?

OSU has a good team, won the Big 10 last year.

    OSU returning players:
PG - Butler (big 10's best imo, brown was streaky), excellent range, outstanding TO/AS ratio
PF - Terwilliger, very solid defender, rebounder, good midrange jumper, workman-type PF.
6th - Lewis, major minutes, great swingman who can create, good scorer
b/u SF - Harris, tall wing who can knock down the three
b/u SG - Mayes, may not be back
    b/u C - Bell, barely played

Butler is a very efficient PG who can shoot like a SG, Lewis is a good scorer, and Terwilliger is a solid forward. Harris is a role player, and mayes may not be back (we'll see about Bell).

    Incoming players:
C Oden - needs no introduction. He will be dominant at the defensive end.
SG Cook - outstanding scorer with great range and ability to finish inside
PF Hunter - very solid big man, #1 juco in 06
SF Lighty - athletic wingman, should be 100% healthy again by season
PG Conley - best true PG in the class, can shoot but will not dominate on O like Lawson, excellent court vision and a good defender.

    Wildcard:
PF Damion Jones - loves the buckeyes and would have verballed if not for the distance from home. He is visiting UT and aTm this week, if he does not verbal after those visits he will likely visit OSU. Extremely athletic PF with ability to finish inside, he would be an outstanding addition this year.

    Starting lineup:
    5 - Oden, Terwilliger, Bell
    4 - Terwilliger, Harris/Hunter
    3 - Lewis, Lighty
    2 - Cook, Mayes
    1 - Butler, Conley

I see Oden & Cook having a big impact this year. Conley will get lots of PT off of the bench. Hunter/Lighty will be role players imo.

I'd agree with everything you said but this.
