Jake isn't very good, but McCown is awful and Moore can only make a good throw when the protection is perfect. It is what it is.

Oh, don't get me wrong,,,, a damn loss is a loss. But I think what Thelt means, if we can at least keep it close,,,, maybe we'd still have a chance. When Jake's airing it out, and its 31-10 at halftime,,,, you have no chance.

In fact the way Coach Fox likes the run, the truth is, he will probably consider this gameplan more than any of us will imagine going into next week. Especially coming on the heels of today's mess.

I believe in running the ball as much as anyone, but you can't just hand it off all game.

I agree BlacknBlue for obvious reasons (other team stacking the line mainly),,, however, I also believe its already to the point that when other teams KNOW we have to pass, they're sending the house with confidence,,, and when they do, they're creating turnovers,,,, so they will continue to send the house as long as we continue to turn it over in those situations.

We do have to change something, if not Jake, at least when or how often he throws.

Huddle's calling for Tebow, and one of the forum leaders gave out game balls in a blowout loss, so hey, things here could get worse. So I'll let this bit here pass.

Someone tell me again why Tebow wouldn't be a decent NFL QB? Honest question

it's not that he can't be, it's that I don't think he will be. And it's not about Tebow, it's about a game in saying "well the next coach can go draft this chump"

If you go back to 2003 Fox kept Jake on a tight leash. He was either handing off or throwing really safe stuff as long as we were tied, leading or trailing by 7 or less. He let Jake turn it loose once we got behind significantly. Jake said he would be dumping it off all the time if he had lost his confidence well maybe he needs to do that for a while.

I am starting to miss "a punt is not a bad play" and "lots of things can happen when you drop back to pass and only one of them is good".....
