    Carr 249 and Delhomme 112..... Carr may be younger, but I wonder how much of a pounding his body has taken.

    2003 looked like a BAD year for him injury wise . .. other than that I would think that getting sacked 3.3 times a game as opposed to 1.5 wouldn't make that big a difference physically. What may be broken down more is the guys confidence.

    I'm more worried about Jakes right thumb than any part of Carr. Has there been any word on how that thumb is currently?

    Pitch? Mike?

    meat that was an excellent point.

    the sack differential tells everything you need to know about the team Carr played for.

    I would think that getting punched in the head one and a 1.5 times a week would take less of a toll on you than getting punched 3.3 times a week. Sacks prolly work the same way.

    or it tells you that Carr holds onto the ball to long, makes poor decisions and does not have a good pocket presence......not saying that's the case, just saying stats like that can be very misleading in terms of player evaluation.
