Per Mags and Trashman, Delhomme is a top 5 QB, in case anyone was wondering.

Speaking for myself, I have never suggested Jake is a top 5 QB. If you want me on the record, I'd say he is better than at least 1/2 the QB in the league and not quite top 10......so.......somewhere in the 11-15 range in terms of the starting 32 NFL QB's. I also believe that if you evaluate his pay, that's about were he stands.

I said he made a Pro Bowl. That was true. I never ranked him.
I know you have bias, but I didn't figure you'd just outright lie.

    Great news.

There was some urgency. Someone who plays as hard and as well as Smitty needs to be paid what he's worth. I don't think he would hold out or slack off, but he would be unhappy. Plus the team sends the message they're cheap.

Pep, on the other hand, is already being paid top money. His negotiation will be harder, since he wants to break the bank. While Smitty's contract is huge, its not the #1 contract in the NFL for WRs.

I'd say Delhomme is top 10 maybe top 8.

    Manning
    Brady
    Manning
    Brees
    Hasselbeck
    McNabb
    Delhomme
    Farve
    V. Young
    Palmer

Delhomme before Palmer? And Eli in the top three? Jesus, riddel. Youre just trolling everyone here. Enough already.

Youre the one comparing the two, are you not?

So since you are comparing them, both you and Trash, then that must mean you think Jake is a top 5 QB. Because I said, "you cant compare the two", and the both of you said, "yes you can", and then i said, "no you cant"...
