    CHARLOTTE -- Four Panthers are Honolulu-bound.

    Defensive end Julius Peppers, offensive tackle Jordan Gross, wide receiver Steve Smith and middle linebacker Jon Beason will represent the team at the 2009 Pro Bowl, returning the team to the NFL’s annual all-star game after it was not represented a year ago following a 7-9 finish.

    Both of our pro bowl starters are in contract years. :-( that's gonna hurt.

    he did. But didnt really get many opportunities in the last month. Prior to the Bronco game, the offense had scored 17 TDs and kicked four FGs in four games.

    Yep.

    Williams kinda too, but I also think he had stiff competition. Can't argue those guys shouldn't be in.

    Williams was pretty close, I'm sure, but there are some heavy names ahead of him.

    glad for our four. That's kinda nuts.
