What are your thoughts on OT?

Icky probably be out for 2026 and Moton might be playing in his last season.

Trent Brown is going to be 33 when season starts and a 2 year deal would allow him at LT one season and maybe RT the next while we groom a new RT. Probably cost too much however

Otherwise, we have to spend a higher pick in draft on OT to ensure the LT position is covered. Not sure Brady C will be back to form

Just some musings on a Thursday morning after looking at the Panthers cap space.

Greg Lloyd might be a good FA LB to pick up also but will be in the first tier guys that get big payday I fear

We're probably bringing back both BC and Nijman, and playing a wait-and-see game with Ickey's recovery. It would be smart to draft a Tackle on day two, and let him spend a year learning how to play in the NFL.

Trusting LT to Nijman or Brady all season might be a long shot. Maybe they can tell something by April about Ickys knee to determine best step, but that is after the FA period.

I'm curious to see how IE handles his rehab and recovery. Ever since he basically admitted to slumping off a whole season and not taking it serious I want to see how hard he works at trying to get back on the field. I wouldn't be opposed to seeing multiple OL picks, whether they be drafted, UDFAs, or other teams' malcontents. Bring in those psychos and anger issue linemen. lol

It came from the ESPN site.
It looks like a Field Yates list.
