Trading Rico looks better on a spreadsheet than it does in reality. However, he certainly needs to be the starter right now. I'm pretty sure Hubbard didn't stop being a good RB, but he's struggling at the moment.

 

Paul sure seems to have a difficult time marking his picks inside the lines. I shudder to think about the cleanup required after he uses the toilet.
