Well Rake, I hope that we're both right. I hope NFL execs don't see Trask as being mobile enough to thrive in the NFL and he falls to the bottom of the first, then Carolina trades back in to take him and he turns out to be the steal of the draft.

With that said, do you really have him above Trevor?

After last night, Wilson has to have taken a hit. That's nothing but good for Trask.

I agree if Parsons is there when the Panthers' choice comes up then they'd be idiots not to take him.

I'd really like to see local boy Sam Howell get his chance with the Panthers.
I know... never going to happen.

Never say never, I can see it if they wait until 2021 to get their QB. If I have to root for a UNC alum, I would rather get Chazz Surratt.

The way the Heels' defense has played this year, I really haven't heard his name mentioned as much.

He’s still developing. I’m banking on his athleticism and Rhule helping him reach his potential.

Both have elite talent and I see them as pretty equal but if Lawrence is a Jet and Trask is a Pat (or a saint) then Trask will definitely have more success.
There are plenty of interesting QBs with potential but Trask is the most NFL ready IMO.
Wilson not only looked like Clausen he played like him yesterday and if Coastal Carolina exposed weakness then he is going to really struggle at the next level.
The only three worthy of first round picks are Lawrence Trask and Fields

Lance and Wilson will go in the first, and it wouldn’t surprise me if a team grabbed Mac Jones late in the first also, just to get the fifth year option on him.

Linderbaum is a lock to have a 10-15 year NFL career, he'd be the perfect anchor to what I want to see Carolina build. Kid is nasty AF and super smart. He may stay at Iowa at least one more year.

Jackson is a slightly lesser version of Tristan Wirfs...which is nothing to turn your nose at.

Ultimately, I'd like to see the Panthers come out of this draft with a Center and LT. Then go OG in '22.

Outside of O-line, CB, LB and a big body WR would be nice in '21.
