    Tampa still has more room if they want to spend it. In fact, the Glazers having leveraged themselves so heavily in the ManU acquisition has been a huge benefit to the rest of the NFC South by keeping them from spending money. No question they overpaid by 25% on both Nicks & Jackson, but at least they did bring in elite or near-elite players at those positions. I'm less inclined to think of Jackson as elite, but I guess we'll find out how he does without Rivers. Who knows how Schiano will work out as a coach, but I still say I like their situation better than Carolina's. Make the right moves and coach up some of that talent and they could do that worst to first thing.
