Didn't watch it, but I can never figure out what "experts" are talking about when it comes to quarterbacks. Tebow can't play QB in the NFL because ... ? He's white? Now Pat White supposedly can after a good performance in the Senior Bowl game despite getting panned repeatedly during the practices? The guy's a gamer, no doubt, but his arm strength is well below adequate. When he attempts long passes, he can't just throw them, he has to generate additional torque by turning his body into the pass. Andre Woodson is nearly out of the league because his windup is a little long, but Pat White is going to be an NFL quarterback doing body heaves? Come on.

And while my record with WRs is spotty at best, I don't see the love for Michael Crabtree. The guy has poor receiving skills and a bad attitude. He drops too many balls, he doesn't run crisp routes, and defenders can get into his head. He's still a tremendous athlete, but he's not someone I would want to take in the top 5 or top 10 picks. There is way too much bust potential there, and even if he does succeed I imagine it will be in a T.O. fashion.

White had the TD in the game, and people lauded his play in the game overall, but I think he was something like 4-9 with most of his yards on the TD. He wasn't good and he's not going to suddenly become more accurate. Seneca Wallace is accurate and had to fight off the WR thing for years, there's no way White lasts as a QB.

White did make some pretty nice throws against UNC in that bowl game. That said, not convinced he has what it takes but would take a look at him late in the draft as a QB.
