If the DTs are scarce in the 2nd, I have to go

    #14 Richardson

#44 OL, take your pick of Warford (G) or reach for Armstead (T)

The rest of it, as if I know the difference between the 5th best CB and 5th best S etc, just don't draft any fucking returners. Would risk our 5th on Lattimore and IR him for the year if he was there.

    14. Vaccaro. So tempted to just take Richardson here but im going with my gut. I just like his game. We have a gapping hole to fill at safety.

    44. Sam Mongomery DE. I think I took him at 14 the last time we did this so it just screams steal to me. Mingo gets the hype but Montgomery has the stats and is stouter against the run. 26 tackles for loss and 17 sacks over the last two years. steady player.

    108. Ryan Swope. Fearless WR, Absolutely fantastic against Alabama. Getting alot of chatter after his combine 40 but this guy put up over 1200 yards and 11 TD's last year under Tannehill.

    148. Quessenberry G/T. Had a decent Senior Bowl, provides debth at G and T both major needs.

    182. Joseph Fauria TE. Anyone remember Christian Fauria from NE years ago? Same family tree. Massive red zone target for Cam at 6'7". Over 600 yards and 12 TD's last year.

This draft screams solid to me. And there are far worse things. I think there are a few starters and contributors for a long time from this, and that's a success, even though the WR and DE seem unnecessary.

Guess it's Kraken insurance, if nothing else.

Sam Montgomery has been acting like a complete fuckup since the draft process started.

And Fauria was on the panthers, catching passes from Vinny for those too traumatized to remember

remembering all that is the traumatizing part...at least Vinny convinced DeAngelo to get in shape.

Yeah, I'm not sure this team has the veteran or coach leadership to handle a guy who is so cavalier about taking games off. Yes, games. Montgomery said he took games off.

Swope has concussion woes, I believe. I'd pretty much stay away from that these days.

Yeah, I was gonna make a note about that and it slipped my mind.

Initially I worked backwards and was thinking Richardson/McDonald (not quite sold on him tho) instead of Viccaro/Swope.

But I just like those top 3 guys as football players. I was thinking BPA even tho DE and WR isnt quite the need.

I see Sweringer was listed really late. That just didnt seem right at all to pick him.
