i'm pretty sure john clayton just said on sportscenter that we maybe looking qb and if the right scenario happens we could trade up for one. of course, he said that about i think 4 teams.

makes you wonder what's going on especially given the fact that carr is still on the roster.

Keep Jenkins, move Gross to LT, move Wharton to LG (not because I want to, but because I think that's what they'll do), start Kalil at C, move Hartwig to RG, move Bridges to RT.

    Re-sign Rucker and Hoover.

Sign Moose, Jake Scott (compete w/Bridges at RT), Bryan Robinson?

13 - Calais Campbell, DE, Miami
Eventual replacement for Rucker, assuming Charles Johnson backs up Pep at LE. Chris Williams, Jeff Otah and Kenny Phillips were very tempting here.

43 - Gosder Cherilus, RT, Boston College
BPA that fills a need. He looked a bit like a waist-bender at the Senior Bowl to me, but he's an upgrade over anyone we'll put at RT behind Jake Scott.

74 - Trevor Laws, DT, Notre Dame
Oniel Cousins was tempting here (as a G), but we need quality depth at DT badly and Laws fills that need.

Its probably a pretty important issue when its a prerequisite of the guy who signs the checks.

I could live with that. You might get a better value out of a RB at 74, than you would for a DT and it may be slightly more pressing a need for us.
