We get a million draft picks. PLUS, there's the added revenge factor of trading him to the Bengals.

How does that work? Can a rookie say where he wants? If he asked were to be traded would we have to acomidate him?

Maybe it's the poor QB play but Jeffery has not looked good to me this year at all the few times I've seen him.

Jeffery makes more sense here, I guess. I see the need for an elite WR, and supposedly we were taking Green if not for Newton, but we have a shitload of picks into WR already.

Can't even talk about DTs, we have picks into it and I've almost never seen that many top DTs be preseason favorites and top picks within the same calendar.
Kalil makes almost too much sense.

If Hogan comes along, it could be like having an extra pick next year.

Depending on what happens in FA , we may need to look hard at LB. No way to count on TD and Beason may never be the same either. But I'm not opposed to OL either, always been a believer in a good OL.

you can find cheap LB depth. Honestly the biggest drawback to locking down three guys at LB might have been that I was looking forward to seeing Rivera mold a young guy of worth into something. Still it won't require a top pick. Obviously Von Miller would have been ridiculous in this D but I wouldn't have felt good about that pick. Granted I didn't feel good about Newton either so who the fuck knows.

That would be nice. If he can hang on to his job long enough we may see something like that eventually.

I guess I forgot the name of the thread was #1 pick, and was just generally thinking about improving through the draft. Without a 3rd.

Fuck no. Blackmon is an enormous headcase and me-first player, while Jeffery will struggle to get separation at the NFL level. If you're going to take one of the two, it's Blackmon, but I'd pass on both in the top half of the first round. No to Kalil as well, unless it means cutting Gross. Honestly, I'm not that crazy about anyone at the top after Luck. Maybe someone will emerge.
