I was just thinking, right on Broad way is Merchant's restaurant which is also very good. If you like blues, you have BB Kings on Second Ave-right off Broadway. Check out Nashville Scene website for some more ideas. I hope I helped.

Nashville is pretty cool. If you can stay downtown. You might come in when the hockey team is in town. And check out the Ryman(Grand ole Opry)- cool historic building.

I am not a country fan either but do the strip(Broadway) there is a ton of talented musicial people in town. Just something to see.

Then you have Music Row/Vanderbilt/West End area- a ton of good restaurants. Try the Sunset Grill, good food but a little pricy. Then you always have the Parthanon in Centenial park. (Nashville is the sister city to Athens.

We have a new world class symphony hall with is pretty damn impressive.

Do have anything specific you are looking to do?

Yeah, one cat on the couch, one on my feets :) we all stayed warm. The barn cat stayed in the barn, you can't get her to come in.

I get that sometimes. I'm not sure. I have put up animated ones and they just sat there :(. I thought I saw it move once but am not sure.
