Well, I was exaggerating when I said 15 so i changed it right before you posted. Still, I know I counted 7 & 8 "mississippi" on him several times. That is a LOT of time at the pro level. Compared to Peyton, who's play action pass is still out of his hands in under 3 seconds.

I'll give you that he aims his throws well, but he definitely doesnt zip the ball in there. If he does have a cannon, he doesn't use it. He almost had one picked cause he threw it so softly; like he was playing catch in the back yard.

Why does he need a cannon to be great?

... to be able to throw the ball downfield & to be able to throw to a receiver who's actually being covered (unlike last night), maybe?

Just some silly hunch I have.

The Colts lost that game, the Patriots did not win it.

Colts had 2 turnovers inside the 10 yrd line, they CHOKED!

(this may not be the appropriate thread but I feel better now)

So fumbles & interceptions don't count? If that is the case then we did not win alot of games last year.

dude is that good. he did it against our "best D in the NFL" in the superbowl and it looked like a replay in the preseason against us. his first td last night was a bomb so hes got enough arm. Vick has a cannon and doesnt know how to use it. Pats do give him great protection but he is very efficient and accurate. plus all the girls like him. i hate him.

The Pats D stepped uip when it had to and got the sack, forced a fumble, and snagged an int. Give respect where due.

Brady is a system QB in the right system. Weis is a freaking genius, and does an outstanding job of scheming to Brady's strengths and avoiding the weaknesses of his personnel.

But Brady's got serious talent, there's no denying it. He goes out there and gets the job done. Period. I really want to hate him, but I can't.
