Basicly said that Henning is anxious/worried/apprehensive about our running game. Even though Stephen has been out, Henning is very upset that we haven't really gotten it going in the preseason. Steve was confident that it would could around though.

Don't think we'll see it tonght though... or will we with the scrub/borderline teams in?

Hard to truly evaluate the running game when your horse isn't in there playing. I'll hold judgment until I see Stephen Davis banging it up. However, I do have concerns, as it appears that the revamped O-Line hasn't master the run block as well as the pass block. I really expect to see Delhomme really step it up this year and become an efficient quarterback. He looks so incredibly confident and poised out there.

Is steve still on the team? I thought he retired. Did they hire him to work with the staff? He is a good guy, I'm glad he is with the program.

I might be wrong, but I believe he has been hired by CBS on to one of their regional broadcast teams. I have no idea who his partner is. He's been hanginga round the Panthers a lot though.

I think he's the commentator for the game tonight for CBS

He works for the Panthers TV network as a broadcaster. This is not televised by CBS. Its syndicated, like most were before this year. In the Raleigh area, the ABC station is carrying the game.

I feel Hennings' pain. Does anyone believe we'll get through the first half with a good enough record for it to matter if the OL gets decent later?

For some odd reason, I just don't feel good about this game tonight. I guess maybe that it's that we still have some questions about our O-line. I just don't know.

The o-line is the key to the running game.
Remember the first preseason game. They threw it about the first 10 times.
Last game wasn't Di'jons fault ( except da fumbles )
We will be throwing the ball alot more this season. I really don't think the run game will be as strong this year

I don't remember our running game kicking ass during pre-season last year either.
