Steve gave me one of the best seasons ever as a fan. I never will get over that feeling that we could score on any team at any time with the exception of blizzard conditions ( Steelers ). I'm proud of this situation and hope Steve eventually becomes our voice of the Panters.

Steve is kinda cut from the same cloth as Jake in my opinion.

I will always wonder what we could have done had we made the playoffs that year. If not for that blizzard in Pittsburgh we would have made it. I am sure the Rams did not want to play us again that year.

I like that point . . . but I hate your new avatar. If you don't change it I'm going to change mine to a great big ugly picture of MICHAEL MOORE :D

Chuck Smith had microfracture after he signed. The team advised against it. It worsened his knee.

    Good stuff :applause:

They should retire his number for the home opener, that way Walls can be there, and the whole nation can see it too.

I've got a gruesome pic of Moore all queued up and ready to go Theltypoo. You have until noon tomorrow to get rid of Rush or I will be forced to subject you and everyone else (including myself) to MOORE! :teeth:

I post a lot in the News of the Day forum and this avatar is too much fun there to give up. Think of it as Rush in his ESPN announcer mode when I am in the football forum.

I love it about Steve and all, I am no doubt a fan of his, but the only thing that bothers me everything I read talks about how he holds every passing record for the Panthers.

How long was his longest pass in the Super Bowl again? And what is his stats for post-season play again?

I dunno. I guess they just mean regular season...

Actually he prob owns some non-passing records too, like sacks, fumbles and int's...
