    Oh and as far as the me cheering on the TarHeels over the Niners, well that wasn't questioned. It was questioned if I cheered on the Heels and the Niners which I do.

    Most of the headlines in local papers noted "McCants out". Are they all conspiring against something that UNC guys just might happen to be sore about? Or is it just that they're sore?

    nope, but most articles aren't about Withers. They're about the team as a whole. There's a Withers article in the Observer about him making the team, but the title doesn't say McCants is out. Its not necessary and its simply a jab at the heels.

    I do know the history on it. You assume HP is thumbing his nose at CH by saying that McCants is out, even though that's the biggest story amongst any of it. And yes, I certainly do think that McCants appears to be a sore subject with y'all.

    I do not know all the history behind this beef you guys seem to have. I grew up a huge tarheel fan and I am still a tarheel fan. But I went to UNCC. I am now a gigantic supporter of the niners, I recently graduated in december and I follow every move the niners make. If the two teams played each other I would be stuck on who to pull for and would probably end up pulling for the niners. But as far as McCants goes, we all know he is one of the best if not the best in the ACC and maybe the best scoring guard in the country. There is no way that he doesnt deserve to be on that team. But like I said ever since the day Curtis stepped on campus,
