    Could someone take me through the steps to take a screen shot or post the link to a thread that does.

    press the "print Scrn" button


    open up an image editor (paint's as good as any for this)

    select "paste"

    save it.

    Press the Print Scrn that is on your keyboard. Next to the Scroll Lock.

    Then open an image editing program. Right click and click paste. Save the image as a .jpg or a .gif and simply upload it like normal.

    'alt' is for capturing the active window only. I use it all the time.
