Last year, RB was a huge ?, with all the horses we had in camp, the team went with an unproven Foster

now it's like omg at RB, Davis still might be the lead horse, but there's questions about Foster anymore

WR was a huge surprise last year, they way they finished. Dyson went down, and hopes of Young being the surprise of the league, and nobody really took Steve Smith serious as a #2 WR...but this year is different. We now know Smitty is kick ass. Moose came out of a funk finally, Dyson's gone, but we have legitmate WR in Colbert, I really believe that. It's not hopes and wishes like we had with Young, he's real...and a steal at where we got him. Even if Hayes makes the team as a 5th WR, we're fucking good.

We were good last year at LB, even with the blow of losing Fields last year. Now we're stacked at LB without Fields, and it looks like he's back.

Arguably the best DL in the league, we should still be better this year, even though I feel they slightly under achieved last year...that won't be the case this time.

Our outlook on DB's last year was bleak, and if Manning hadn't have shown up, we'd of been fucked. Still a ? at Safety, but we're definately better. How much better is yet to be seen. Gamble might be last years Manning, but no doubt he's got more talent, let's just hope he's a playa

QB....fckn A. No comparing last year to this year at that position.

There real in the dark part in the OL. Last year though, we had no idea we'd be that good. They over-achieved, but there's some big shoes to fill this year. A lot will be expected.

There is no question that this team will play physical football. I would like to see a couple of blow outs this year though

Well, with Henning driving this wagon and knowing how we played last season, THAT'LL NEVER HAPPEN!!! Fox and Henning loved those close games and the nickname of the "Cardiac Cats". I really doubt we'll have any blowouts this coming season. :(

I just think Jake, Moose, Smitty, Davis, & Foster are going to be a real bitch to stop this year. You might shut one down, but you ain't stopping them all.

I can't believe you guys are talking super bowl shit with an unproven O line. You might think that this year's OL is somehow equal to last years but that's a reach at best. And until that is proven on the field this offense could fall on it's face with Delhomme as a casualty. It's that questionable.

not really questions at RB. Just on Foster. Everyone had their favorite third stringers.

    WR, yeah.

Overall, we're a ton better in having filled the list. Should be. Competition does leave a lot to be determined.

Now it's the fundamental positions where we're weakest, somewhat. Who'll step up? That's the hard part at this point, and the concern that the same coaching that got us to be good is the same coaching that too often limits how good we can be.

I have a really strong feeling that the Panthers are an improved team overall. Just think of how friggin euphoric we would all be if we still had Grant and James (or even just Grant). A FS is bound to emerge and this team is going to stomp some ass this year! :D

Yup. He's this rook WR crops version of Anquan Boldin. Moose Smitty and KC will equal more total yardage and more TDs.)
