    What hockey really needed was a Ranger-RedWing series to get people excited about the sport again. Marquee names and major cities. I think the NHL really dropped the ball when they didnt showcase the Rangers on national tv more and really advertise it when the team was together. The last time I remember the entire country being interested in the NHL playoffs was 1994
