Book it Dano. Philly's time has come and gone. Their best shot at getting to the Super Bowl was two years ago when they lost to Tampa at home in the NFC Championship Game.

Face it, they were lucky to be there again this past year. T.O. will prove to be the cancer that kills the team's chemistry this year. McChicken will throw to him 80% of the time (when he isn't running) which will ultimately force defenses to double him up. This in turn will cause the entire offense to be out of synch, and as a whole they will LOSE!!!!!!!

I can see the iggles being competative, but I agree that their D is going to be somewhat suspect in the secondary and frankly Kearse doesnt scare me right now.

Also, how long before that conservative offense of AR's drives TO nuts? Oh, and only having one real stud catching the ball can be degfensed. If they had two guys that were above average instead of TO and the others it would be more difficult becuase you'd have to respect the other guys. In the case of Phili I don't think anyone will respect the other guys unless they start to burn people.

Until TO quits in a game aand McNabb is down and you realize AJ Feely and Duce were probably good guys to have.

You know what nobody is talking about?

Philly fans if TO don't doesn't deliver. How Terrell handles Philly is what I'm waiting to see.

I love TO, and I'd love to see him in a Panther jersey. The guy is a stud WR. He plays with heart, he plays with passion, and he doesn't need anyone to motivate him to elevate his game.

Everybody has drops, or makes mistakes. Owens can really come down on himself if he feels he's not getting it done. How he handles someone else coming down on him, a whole city even, is to be seen.

I think Owens has a bad reputation, but that's all that it is, a bad rep. I don't think he is all he's made out to be. This is huge for Philly. This is a good siging for them. I wasn't sure if Philly even makes the play-offs with TO.

Too bad, it's still going to be 4 in a row

I would never watch another Panthers game if TO was in our jersey. TO is a cancer. Go back and watch the Ravens/9ers game from 2003. You will see a team wth their playoff hopes on the line have the "best" WR in the league quit on them. he gave up. TO is trash and I am glad he's not playing for my #2 team.

Couple people have mentioned the Philly media. It won't be kind. They gave Ricky Watters about two quarters before they started ragging him.

I'm unimpressed. Two big name players doesn't make a team. Now you double Kearse and Owens. What, Pinkston is going to beat you? Been there, didn't do it. N.D. Kalu's going to magically get no blocking because Kearse is taking up two? nope. More teams to go max-protect now than ever.

They're both good players. I'm not getting into what I think of Owens or Kearse. But they leave their teams incredibly unbalanced and easy to defend by scheme.
