    Just want to throw this out for opinion sake.

    If we sign Vincent and then grab a Sean Jones, Rashad Washington, Matt Ware etc..in the draft, would you be opposed to starting the season with RMJ, Vincent, Minter, Richardson, and Hawkins nickle. and letting the rookie FS earn the job from Richardson mid season like RMJ last year.

    yes... because Richardson sucks in coverage... hell I'd go with Colin Branch first and he sucks in coverage, but at least he has the speed to recover a little better from his fuckups... Richardson's ass needs to be release to free up cap space, and I don't care that he doesn't make big money... his ass is a waste of a contract

    I would probably be more apt to letting the rookie step in and throw him to the wolves. I wouldn't have a problem with letting one of the back ups have his chance to show what he's got either. We could always yank him if he's FUBAR. Sometimes guys just can't get into the rhythm playing for one or two minutes at a time with the starters.
