    He was one hell of a player at Southern Guilford (one of a very few from there to ever play college ball) and App State, and not too bad at KC.

    Saw him at Appalachian's home game this year for 75th anniversary team. He dwarfed the other players on the anniversary team. He was a big linebacker, and even after several years out of the sport, looked to be in better shape than half of ASU's current roster.

    His credibility went south with me the year the Giants spanked the Vikings in the NFC championship game. Every week during the playoffs, and through the Super Bowl, him and some other idiot went 0-fer in predicting winners. Not a one.

    no, he doesn't participate on the afternoon show anymore. hasn't the past 2 seasons i think. levon kirkland and eric davis are the regular friday guys now. worse guest host is larry kennedy.

    Dino Hackett is a full-time real estate agent in Greensboro now, so he doesn't have time to do PRIMETIME anymore. Before, he was just doing it part-time and he was able to do the show on Monday & Friday . . . .

    I dated a girl at Southern Guilford who was there the same time Dino was there. He was a tall, skinny redneck. I thought he had no chance to be a player at ASU - but he was a beast there - really bulked up and then made alot of nosie for the Chiefs to.

    I still find it hard to believe.
