    My turn:

1- Overall the defense only allowed 14 points, clearly enough to win with any help at all from the offense. The negative to this is they over pursued the pass rush. Every time Vick broke for long runs, he ran straight ahead out of the pocket as it collapsed (behind) him. The only exception to this is the fake sweep Vick ran for 43 yds, when he ran to the left sideline, then broke it back right. My point? Where was the containment in the middle of the field?

2- Our O line needs to go back to basics. Where the hell is the blocking? Atlanta's D is no where near as good as we made them look.

3- We need Linebackers and a couple of receivers to reach the next level.

4- Delhomme? I like this guy, but frankly I'm ready to see what Weinke has. Fresh legs, Fresh arm, fresh mental approach could take us a long way at the end.

5- ESPN? Could they be any further up Vick Vapor Rub's ASS?

you know, if we had brought the blitz and rush against any other team or quarterback in the league, we would have obliterated them.

I think I saw him getting burned. I think he plays well sometimes, and gets burned sometimes. Rookies do that though. He's playing at least as well as the CBs who're probably as good as they're going to get.

This was a game where Peppers was in space. In other words, not matched up against an OT while running after Vick. When he can use his athleticism, he's great. When he's matched up against an OT who has superior technique (most of them), then he's just good. I think it was this way last year too, but he got more athletics only opportunities, I guess.

I watched Wesley in the Philly game. He does seem like a good tackler, and I think he'll have Coop's STs role next year. The scouting on him when we drafted him was that he was stiff in the hips. I think this means he doesnt change directions quickly, and I noticed that too. I bet he can't start, but he seems like a good guy to have around. Maybe he can move to S if CB doesnt work out.

I saw him getting burned in pass coverage, but playing well against the run. They don't seem to want to switch these guys from SLB to WLB, except Spoon, who'll they'll move all over at the drop of a hat.

I agree with McFly that Favors played his best game, and did some good things, but still plenty to complain about.

Jake is the best QB this franchise has ever seen. Any person calling for Chris W. is simply a child trapped in a mans body. Jake has more game in one pinky than any body this organization has employed at the QB slot.

Its pretty fucking stupid for anyone to suggest Chris W at this point.

I post a lot over at NFC South.

I'd rather not reveal my name now. Just know that I find folks pimping for Chris W. at this point in the season to be pretty fucking stupid in regards to football.

    Thank You.
