    Take advantage of it now, because in 3-4 years the beltway will be congested just like the rest of the Charlotte roads.

    It's official: Tomorrow at 1:00pm I-485 will be open from Lawyers Rd to Albemarle Rd. and on up to I-85 at the University!:cool: Just in time for the GW game on Friday.

    Not quite to campus, just north at the 49 interchange. Hell, you don't really have to stop anywhere if you don't want too........:D

    Are the cops still bad on that section of 485 from 85 to 29 & 49? When that thing first opened you could fly down that stretch of road, at least till the cops figured it out.

    I hardly ever see cops on that stretch. If I were a cop, that's where I would be, but...they don't seem to care that much.
