I'm sure thats EXACTLY what happened. If not, no one would care.
I, for one, like the show strictly for entertainment value. Hope it doesn't get cancelled. I wanna see the faggit make a comeback with another team. :D

Yes. I say it's a helluva lot more realistic than some shows on television. Boston Public? The Practice? All that shit the old lady watches on Lifetime?

The finale was predictable as hell, but I still watched it twice.

You mean it wasn't based on a true teams story? I thought the whole time it was a documentary of sorts.

I heard it was going to be canceled. Apparantly the NFL and Player's Assoc. are very upset with it.

From a source at ESPN: One of the NFL League Office's major problems with the show is "ambush" advertising, particularly, all of the UnderArmor logos and gear showing up on screen during game/locker room scenes. The NFL has it's own line of "under gear."

They aren't happy with the content, but again, it looks as if it all comes down to $, baby.

    2nd the motion:

ESPN/ABC/Disney got cold and clammy about the series.

I don't think it was well put together and too predictable, but at least they tried. The NFL still stands for the "No Fun League".

They'll bring it back on Spike TV. It's a soap opera for guys, I want to see the off-season season. All that extra time, they'll all be in jail or dieing of aids before the draft!
