and we can't ask much more out of SD today....that's the kind of game that we have to win when he gives that kind of yardage.

In the end, its perfectly good effort wasted by the man.

Saints kick FG, 17-14 with :07 left. No ground lost today, but thats still a defeat in and of itself.

he threw a dumbass pick- yeah moose stopped on the route, but you still have to see as a qb that the safety had drifted over- it woulda been picked either way.

he overthrew a couple of recievers- and yes he had 3 dropped. so he played mediocre- rather poor.

I agree that Jake played well today. Interception was a result of Moose not running the rout correctly. Later hit Wiggins in the hands for what should have been a TD. Then hits Moose in the facemask. Stick your hands up and catch the damn ball. And Smith is an idiot for getting that penalty, completely killed the drive.

yes- moose stopped on the route- but if you watch the play, the texans safety was closing in and there is no way moose would've caught that- he recognized that and broke the route, delhomme shouldve recognized that. thats 7 points lost, potentially.

Maybe Jake made a bad read, and Moose had it right, because he was wide open underneath.

Drops. Proehl dropped a biggie, Moose dropped a biggie, Foster dropped a biggie, Wiggins dropped a TD.
