Saints wearing..

The Saints we're all wearing the Feilds - Mills tribute shirts during warm-ups. Thought that was cool..got a chance to see Deveron Harper and get his practice jersey signed - That was even cooler (for me)

 

That is very cool. Good to see a little bit of class from an otherwise shitty organization.

 

I didn't really think about it until this thread, but Mills and Fields were both saints. That was a classy move.

 

Yeah, I thought that was a good gesture. Muff wore a Fields jersey and a bag over her head.

 

From Haslett's press conference:

Q: Did you have a chance to talk to Sam Mills?

A: "Yes, I talked to Sam after the game. He came in the locker room and thanked us for having the idea of the numbers on the back of the shirts for him. It was good seeing him. We talked about his treatment and everything that he is going through. I wished him luck."

Q: How did he look?

A: "He looked great. He only had the one treatment. He is upbeat. If anybody can pull through, I would put my money on Mark (Fields) and Sam to beat that. If you could have your money on anybody in the world to beat something, I would put my money on those two."

 

well I can understand the bag over her head but the fields jersey? Is she a saints fan or something?

 

She had on a Fields jersey from when he played for the Saints, dumbass.
