    this thing is the baddest thing ever. You cannot understand how cool it is to pause, rewind, or record live tv digitaly until you use a DVR. I recorded "the Hunted" on PPV this weekend, fell asleep and watched it the next morning. The quality is perfect, there is no distorting like a vcr and you can fast forward at 300x the orginal speed! Its basically like burning your own dvd. You get 100 hours of record time before you have to delete a program.

    Great. Now this is all I'm going to hear about until Hasbeen gets one. (Although I have to admit it's pretty cool!)

    Is that a seperate gizmo or is that the same thing TWC offers (I-control) for like $5 a month

    trade in your old digital cable box for the new DVR box. it is different than i control i think it is 7 bucks a month.
