I'm glad someone mentioned this because I had questions about his PF. On television did it show the Pitt guy waiving his hand at all for a fair catch? It was across the field from me and I didn't see it at all but then I was watching the coverage and never saw it. If he did raise a hand it was for a nano second.

Also if Wiggins makes the team it should only be for as long as it takes to find another TE. He had some seriously dumb plays in the Pitt game with penilties

It was at my end of the field but my row in sec551 is pretty high up. :D Of course the return guy's back was to me but I didn't see any hand movement above shoulder level.

It was an absolutely borderline call. Coop usually errs on the side of aggressiveness and the officials usually err on the side of flagging Coop.

    More like a picosecond. :laugher:

Cooper was behind the returner, and most likely didn't see the lackadaisical wave for a fair catch. I almost thought the flag was going to be for an improper fair catch motion or whatever that penalty is. I'm pretty sure that Cooper wouldn't just say "hey, he called fair catch, but I'm gonna hit him anyway..."

I never said that side wasn't there. I know he's a great guy with a fun personality. That side is nice to read about, but it doesn't change who he is as a player for good or bad. Most everything I was discussing was of the side of him as a player.

Coop was coming from behind and the fair catch signal was low, late and pathetic, but then again you still have to call them to protect the guy whether it's fair or not.

On a side note, CGF you will LOVE the game tape - there are many shots of Coop both on the field and on the bench;)
