    Not only that, but player they're making obsolete signed an enormously bloated contract, and they'll be feeling it in the cap for years to come.

    I thought the knock on him was he was a big back that wasn't very physical or aggressive. I see no way to put that to good use.

    Saw somewhere (ESPN maybe?) that the Vikings may be interested in Dayne should he be cut. Bennett being out and Onterrio Smith not yet being up to speed has created a need. Moe Williams probably wouldn't hold up all season. Makes some sense.
