    Doesn't every team basically have a dedicated long snapper? It doesn't seem like it could be that difficult.

    When capers dumped garcia in 97 he found you how wasted that space was quickly.

    Garcia wasn't cut untill after the 2000 season.

    Garcia wasn't the long snapper either...

    But Capers did cut the long snapper at the time and we paid the price until Brian Kinchen came to the team. At least he contributed at two positions (TE & LS). But his long snapping abilities are what kept him in the league for 12+ years.

    I believe the long snapper back then was Rodenhouser and he was considered one of the best in the league at the time.....although he was aging. I assume he's retired now.
