ok...i'm pissed with nascar. other than the fact that every single race now is fuel mileage, which is hardly racing, they have VERY selective views when it comes to disciplining drivers.

    scenario #1
rookie driver biffle turns the pole sitter gordon on the 1st turn of the 1st lap. drives in way too hard and cold tires won't stick. but do we have him come by the truck after the race?? NAH. any race a spin on lap 1 is bad, but a road course that just about takes away any chance of winning. even without running out of gas, gordon would have been short of the win, and had 1 of the best cars all day. just couldn't recover from the spin.

    scenario #2
gordon runs out of gas on the last lap and harvick gets into him. clearly a bad move on harvicks part, but it was the last lap and he was tryin to hold off the the 6th place car and gordon was in the groove. now does he get called to the trailer after the race?? YES. WTF? in my opinion, biffles move was way more bone-headed and stupid than harvicks.

nascar fuckin blows these days. i think i am done watching until they can straighten out their mess they've made. or until next weekend, whichever comes first.

and don't come with that harvick has a history of this shit. anyone who knows racing knows biffle has just a long a list of wreckin people, or maybe longer than harvick.

Well.. Harvick had 3 lanes of race track to pass gordon coming off that last turn. He could have avoided that easily. There was no one on his bumper either.
I'm not a #24 fan but Harvick screwed that one up.

Getting back to Biffle and Gordon, one of the last re-starts the announcer had mentioned Gordon didnt have a good car on restarts . That could have also been a problem at the start and Biffle couldnt help it. I hate Biffle btw.

catch a replay. johnson was just behind harvick, and got by him before gordon spun to the outside. he was racin for that position. and when you're comin full speed you can't just dive to the inside to miss a guy. gordon should have been low IMO but he wasn't.

biffle is a rough driver. that move on lap 1 was uncalled for. nobody, especially a rookie should try that. he belongs back in the trucks where his style fits in.
