I LOVE basketball, but shinnridge created a monster here. I haven't gone to a game this year, but I went to many in the past. Still, I'll be sad to see Baron Davis, Mashburn, PJ, and all the others go. They're good players and they're good people.

BUT, IMHO (and I know I'm biased :D ) 49er games are much more fun to go to. I'll never forget 4 years ago going to a Horents game with my college buddy and after a huge dunk in overtime a bunch of old ass people were yelling at us to sit down......then i realized the difference in excitement between college and pro ball......i have still yet to ever sit at a 49ers game and no one has ever asked that i do so!!!! :p :D

Ouch. Cheap shot. Actually we averaged more fans than the Hornets this year.

Not terribly for beating the lowly Hornets. But 7500 a game isnt half bad considering I remember a game in '90 where 7500 attendance was a new record.

Exactly. And I hope they would throw in a few day games during the work week so everybody could ditch work and go yell for a few hours.
