    Since you started exercising, have you noticed that your not smoking as much? Or is it just me?

    Unfortunately I smoke the same, even I know I shouldn't. Infact I usually have one driving home from the gym, but I think that is more out of habit from always smoking in the car.

    I know my smoking is out of habit, like sitting here at my computer. But for me it seems that after I exersise I dont want to smoke for a little while. I think that is a good thing for me.

    I never noticed it (that exercise affected my smoking)...
