I've been trying to loose weight lately. I have cut out fried foods, work out 3-4 times a week and cut out sodas. My only problem is beer. I can't seem to stop drinking it. I usually drink 2-4 a night before bed. Any suggestions?

What kind are you drinking? Try cutting back to 1-2 before bed. How long have you been working out? After you have woeked out for a while, your body will start to realize that more is required of it and you will start to shed th weight, but that takes a little while - and cardio exercise.

I've been working out for about a month. I usually try to drink Michelob Ultra (low carbs:D ). I think I need a new drug that is less fattening (like crack, the perfect diet suppliment).

Buy some Mich Ultra...I hear it's pretty freakin nasty, so after you drink the first one you'll probably be happier just drinking water :D

If you are not doing a cardio exercise, try to throw one in - that is what gets the fat gone. you will generally need to go a 1/2 hour to start burning fat. The more often you do it, the faster the loss. Once you start, you can increase the loss further, by lengthening the exercise time or bumping up your speed.
