Those are services. They run as a part of the OS. Most are needed. The few that you could stop aren't going to save you enough resources to make it worth while.

Looks like a Windows 2003 Server, which comes fairly locked down out of the box (only necessary services running until you enable them).

    1) You can disable the Wireless Zero Config service if you don't use wireless on that machine (on a server, you probably don't).
    2) Might be able to disable Terminal Server if you need TS/Remote Control functionality to this server.
    3) TrueVector, Windows Image Acquisition, might be able to be disabled, don't know what you might be using those for on a server, but I guess you still do graphics work on this box so maybe they need to be around.
    4) The two remote access services can be disabled unless you need to do dial-up stuff from this box.
    5) there are a few others that are iffy, but they're not gonna save you much and could cause problems with other apps that look for them being around in the future, so better not messing with them unless you're ready for the consequences.

    Good luck!

If you are running enough memory on Win XP (384 MB or more), I wouldn't worry about it. Win XP does so much better in memory management that it isn't even funny, so the stuff you had to do in Win 9.x (95, 98, 98SE, ME) doesn't apply, as long as you have sufficient memory.
