    Yea, I played with him for a cup of coffee.
    I remember my first big league check. I was sitting in my locker just looking at it and Willie strolled down the lockeroom and stopped in front of me and said, " Hey rookie, you first checky?"
    I said "Yea man! Wow!!"
    He reached into his front pocket and pulled out a wad and said,"You wanna me to cash it for you?"

    He was great.
