but, why does everyone say jw chokes at the line? he doesnt choke....he's just cant shoot free throws. choking would be shooting free throws well but not getting it done at crunch time. he just sucks at shooting 'em. practice makes perfect. and i wouldnt consider leaning in and hitting a 3 with 4 secs left choking, but....

Yep but at least we were there the last five years. At least made it into the tourney without losing to a totally inferior team. And an extra title in 14 less years and probably another 5 final fours in the next 10 and probably at leat one more title. While the Holes are busy trying to figure out which coach to hire/fire next.

i've been saying the same thing all year iron. You can't choke if you don't ever hit the free throws anyway. And wossa, no way duke is as bad unc. At least in the DK (during K) years, they've never won less than 10 games.

 

Um Wossa Dean won fewer titles in twice as many years as K has won, while coaching the majority of the time in a less competitive era. I'll take a 31-4 season over an 8-20 one anyday. Why don't you guys try to hire Nolan Richardson? At least you wouldn't have to worry about having anymore slow white guys on the team since the guy is racist.

I just watched the replay of boozers put back at the end .

He din't get fouled.

The hoosier reached around and had his hand on the top of the ball - thats why boozer couldn't get the shot off.

But Boozer did foul to get the rebound - he shoved Jeffries in the back to get to the ball - McFly called that one and so did Chris Fowler on ESPN...
