Not disagreeing about a Tackle, but man do we need LB’s.

Post Phillips signing mock. This would be a good draft!

Love to have a pick in late twenties and late 30's/early 40s

Lomu in late 1st and a multitude of impact players in late 30s.

    Safety
    LB
    DT
    Edge

    all there

At 19, not much difference in talent as late 20s, 51 will miss out on some key people

How interested in Ty Simpson do you think the Dolphins would be? He can sit behind Willis for a year or two?

Man, I feel sorry for the Dolphins. I don’t think Willis is going to be a good NFL quarterback, not in a permanent starting role. So they are headed for three more years of mediocre football.

Simpson should have gone back for one more year.

Simpson could get overdrafted just because there is nobody else.

    Let's see...

    The Raiders are taking Mendoza
The Jets are somehow looking at Geno Smith again, but need a long term answer. I could see them taking Simpson at 16, which may be a reach. He won't be available when they pick again at 33.
Arizona cannot be serious about rolling with Brissett and Minshew. But three is way too high for Simpson and again, he probably won't be available at 35.
Cleveland says they will stand pat this year and rut it back with Sanders, which is probably a better idea than ruining a rookie QB. They need talent everywhere. With that said, if Simpson is there at 24 he's worth thinking about.
Miami is going to find out if Willis is actually starting caliber. I think they're making a mistake, but that's in character for them.
Which leaves Pittsburgh at 21. I think that if the Jets don't take Simpson at 16, the Steelers grab him here.

I don't know of any other teams that really need a quarterback this year, but it doesn't look like a good year to need one. Next year's class already looks a lot better with Sayin, Moore, and Manning at the top. Maiava and Sellers will be high on a few boards as well.

The Pittsburgh thing is what I was going for. Dolphins jump in front of Pittsburgh and we drop to 30 and 43, giving them 19 and 51. Plus a mid round 5th for our 6th

At 19, we could get a good guy, but at 51, many of the good 2nd rounders would be gone. 30 and 43 would give us 2 possible starters or at least a good value at both.

A month from now, we will have our 1st round pick on board.

will it be an OT, S, TE, DT?

    Who knows
