Them not having to play Rattler or Cousins will make them better.

Panthers have Rams and then Seattle.

    Most likely, Panthers have Rams.

Who will you pull for to win Super Bowl if not the Panthers?

Not so much because of Tharan, although we all want him to be happy, but because of Darnold, I will pull for Seattle. Like to see Buffalo make the big game also

Atlanta has to find a way to re-sign Elijah Wilkinson, Kyle Pitts, Bradley Pinion, David Onyemata, and Kaden Ellis. They also have Leonard Floyd and Elijah Wilkinson entering free agency, but may let those guys walk because Walker and Pearce are at their positions. That's just to stand pat on their current roster, which is good enough to get an 8-9 record.

They are slated to have about five million dollars to spend, but I'm sure the new GM will find ways to increase that figure. Pitts alone will take all of that and more. Cutting Cousins will save them about 22 million, and they will probably do that if they can't find a trade parter for him. But it's still going to be a challenge for them to improve the roster on their 2025 version.

New Orleans is just screwed. I have no idea what Mickey Loomis will do, but he'll find some way to make the cap meaningless. They're already 24 million over the cap based on current contracts, and are losing Taysom Hill, Demario Davis, Cam Jordan, Luke Fortner, and Dillon Radunz. I think Hill and maybe Jordan will finally retire, so they'll need to be replaced. I hope they still think they're in "win-now" mode, but they should really take a season or two to clean up their roster and fix their spending problem. They are also carrying a stupid-high amount of dead money.

Well there goes my good night's sleep. That was a Chris move Paul.

It's Mark Davis that owns the Raiders...

I'm rooting for Denver to crash and burn because I'm still angry over SB50 and I still hate Sean Payton. I'm also rooting against Buffalo only because their fans were obnoxious when they came here. They need to be cut down to size with a few more playoff heartbreakers followed by another playoff drought. Prolonged cuckold humiliation would be good for their souls in the long run.

Aside from those two, and assuming we can't go on our run for the ages and become the first sub .500 Super Bowl champion, I'm fine with literally any other teams. I'm even oddly okay with Vrabel's version of the Patriots, although I'll be pulling for the Chargers this week.

Stefanski taking the fall in Cleveland is harsh.
